Wednesday the 23rd will be a very special evening at Oslipat's.
In English - and not entirely pure standup comedy.
Danny Robins does his one man show as his alter-ego DJ Danny. A frustrated English teacher by day, and and wannabe DJ by night. DJ Danny is on a mission to quit his day job and achieve global superstar status. Not unlike most guys living in Möllevången. Every DJ Danny show is unique but audiences can expect a fun, feelgood, upbeat and interactive mix of comic observation and live onstage mixing as Danny 'mashes up' tracks that really shouldn't work together but strangely do.
Highlights include the 3 Minute iPod Megamix Challenge where Danny mixes together tracks selected at random by the audience into something that makes you want to laugh, dance - and possibly cry - all at the same time.
It's improvisational, silly and laugh out loud funny and never fails to get the audience on side!
The first act is a short stand up comedy show also in English, with performances from Ben Kersley and Joe Eagan.
The evening is held in the cellar of Tangopalatset.

We will have to boycott this as well as other arrangements at Tangoplatet, because of a conflict, between the owner of Tangopalatset and a former employee in which the employed have been exposed to illegal and unjust decisions.
